A website developed for your business which will allow you to update the site any time yourself. Websites are designed to be attractive and to reflect your brand’s colours and images but also to be quick to load. Navigation is easy for both visitors and search engines and the site is optimized so that search engines can find and index your website quickly.

Websites are developed in WordPress which is an open-source (i.e. free) content management system which is easy to use and is continually maintained by a world-wide community of enthusiasts. With WordPress you are free to take your website away and either maintain it yourself or hire someone else to maintain it for you.  Using WordPress means I can offer you a unique website for significantly less than a bespoke designed site and the site is easy to maintain – easy on the wallet as well!

I use a premium theme which allows me to easily customize the site to your design requirements and allows me to offer some of the best custom website prices in New Zealand. The basic website package includes:

• Setup of up to five email addresses on your domain and forwarding of these to your “regular” email (if required);
• Installation of  WordPress and Theme on my hosting (includes first 30 days of hosting);
• Customization of  website design including: front and other pages layout, header and background colours to match your brand. (I can use your images or provide free stock photos), a form for visitors to contact you, standard “About” page including your contact details and a Google map of your business location (if required)
• Optimization of the site for search engines.
• The setup of a blog for regular site updates (if required) – blogs aren’t add-ons to websites anymore they are part of them;
• Installation of Google Analytics – one of the best statistics packages around – and its free;
• A step-by-step video of how to add more content to your site and a written manual for your new website including all login details and online access to your Analytics data.
• Note the standard price does NOT include me adding content to your site – however if you have content already available in digital form then we can discuss a cost-effective price for me to add that content in.

Price: NZ$500+GST

Includes a full training manual which will allow you to maintain and update the content and design of your website.  Usually completed within 48 hours of order.

Email List Management

Add an opt-in page – like the one you saw on the  my main page. You can’t just  send out emails to a long list of customers – even if you have their permission to send emails to them your ISP will probably ban you for email spamming.  But do it right and you will have a powerful tool to keep your customers informed and, most importantly buying!  Call to discuss prices as every business has different requirements.

Social Media

Use of social media is exploding in New Zealand – and if you are marketing particularly to  the under-30′s  you really need a business presence on Facebook and/or Twitter. Call to discuss prices as every business has different requirements.

On Going Hosting Costs
I prefer you to host with me because I use one of the largest US hosting companies – Hostgator.com. Hostgator prices are a fraction of the costs of hosting in New Zealand or Australia – because of the scale of the US operation.

First month free with the Website Package above, I will then invoice you in 6-monthly blocks  - you can however cancel at any time and I will give you a pro-rata refund.

Price includes regular updates of WordPress and Plugins as required for security and  on-line website backups.
